Creative Volunteer Opportunities

Costume Designer
Are you creative and like to design stuff?  Do you like working with kids?  Sign up to be a costume designer!

• Assist with design station setup at 2pm (10/15/10)
• Bring some supplies to help build costumes
• Work one-on-one with a child to create costume
• Watch your character walk down the runway!

Hair Stylists & Makeup Artists

• Photograph each child in their costume
• Upload photos so they can be shared online

Interested in helping us share the story of Project (Costume) Runway? Have the equipment needed?

• Film the event, setup to break down
• Edit a 1-3 minute video covering the event

Administrative Volunteer Opportunities

Event Coordinator
Is organization your thing?  Do you enjoy coordinating community events?  We need your help!

• Make contacts with local schools to partner with
• Recruit for creative volunteer positions
• Assist with event planning and logistics

Sponsorship Coordinator

• Contact local businesses for sponsorships
• Coordinate sponsor recognition activities
• Get photo gifts signed by children/artists
• # of volunteers needed: 1

Registration Assistant

• Handle student and volunteer registrations
• Check-in the students and volunteers at the event
